Wonderful service form Yolanda Sisilana. Funny how I kept getting to her in the past 3 months for cancelling my funeral policy and on all attempts she did not once sound like a call centre agent who just fights to retain me but more like a person who cared about my financial needs and genuinely wanted to assist. A breathe of fresh air, keep it up Yolanda and thank you 🙏🏽♥️
