Awesome service from Jabu Ngobese

<p>We contacted Outsurance for a new quote on vehicle insurance, and received excellent service from Jabu Ngobese at the Outsurance call centre agent. Jabu was extremely friendly and patient, took my mum through all details of the insurance explaining everything clearly and making sure she understood the terms. Jabu is very passionate about Outsurance and we are highly impressed by her sound knowledge of the product as well as her warm friendliness and patience throughout the phone call. She even made a follow up call a day later. It is seldom we come across such lovely call centre agents who do not come across as a pushy salesman, as personally we love to do business with a company because of their relationship they build with client telephonically and not because they wantr to push to make a sale. Well done to Jabu and keep up the sterling performance!</p>
