Awesome service

I received Amazing service from your whole Team that assisted me with my Claim. The second driver on my car had an accident with my car on Sunday. I app**** via the App, but experienced problems with it. I phoned on Monday and spoke to the Advisor assigned to me. Very helpful, and concerned about the well fair of the person who drove the car. On Wednesday i phoned back, as i did not hear anything from them as yet. I was very upset, as i was told that there were problems with the App, and all the photos i took did not pull through. Okay..... I was send a Watsapp number to load the pictures. That done. The Thursday i was phoned, and told my claim are being processed and the car will be written off. I was helped all the step of the way, with the collection of the car, the claim papers, etc.... All was done very sufficiently, although i had a bumpy start. Heads-up to the Staff....... they are awesome, and i am not just saying that because I'm getting a good deal.
