This morning I contacted Outsurance to change my address and was troubled because the consultant mentioned that there will be an increase in my premium. I told the consultant no then rather cancel the insurance, I will search elsewhere but the constant advised that one of their senior specialist will contact me shorty. I was soon received a call by Kgwadi Mashishi friendly & professional he understood my position & resolve it, Thank you Kgwadi we need more people like you in the service industries, well done!
