Awesome service during a very difficult time

<p>My father passed away on 21 April 2017 and my mother was left with the daunting task of sorting out the administrative "nightmare" left in the wake of his passing. During the last couple of weeks we have had the most ********** service from some service providers BUT we would like to thank Outsurance - and more specific Tess Waller, for excellent service.</p> <p>Tess was not only very professional but she also treated us with humility - something one longs for during difficult times. By the end of the telephone call, my mother actually had a smile on her face. </p> <p>Thank you so much Outsurance (and Tess) for an amazing experience. </p>
