<p>Complients to KYLAN GOVINDASAMY for making me a satisfied client.</p> <p>I have been with OUTSURANCE since inception - and had a query on my rerate following a claim - a telephonic query was had and I had requested a supervisor call me - this was promised but did not happen. I called the next day adn a MANAGER - KYLAN GOVINDASAMY went out of his way to reslve my problem satisfactorily - and went the extra mile to make sure I remained a saatisfied Outsurance client.
