I will like to compliment Lelethu Thole. After 3 months and 3 weeks of my car being held at Saturn Body, lockdown also affecting the long duration. In just two weeks he managed to make sure the process of getting my car back is quicker. He called me and updated me of the where about of the cars and what are the delays. He also made sure that Avis give me a good services. The meaning of the work kindness is the quality of being friendly, generous and considerate.
