Awesome Service by Zandi

I would love to give a big shout out to Zandi in Pretoria who assisted me in getting my vehicle insured. She was patient, friendly and could feel her energy on the call. It's not often to get such a gem on the phone and I truly hope Outsurance has a good rewards and recognition program as this was a WOW experience.
