AWESOME SERVICE BY RIAAN VAN ZYL OF OUTSURANCE

<p>I was quite distraught after hitting a *** on the Trans Kalahari Highway in Botswana and feared that the claim process was going to be cumbersome and tedious. I was really not looking forward to the process but had to comply with what is a necessary process.</p> <p>To my surprise and joy the consultant/assessor sent by OUTSURANCE to handle the administration of my claim, Mr Riaan Venter was very compassionate and even handled his questions to me with sensitivity. I felt like I was being addressed at an individual level and not just yet another claimant. the process was smooth and very quick. He even thanked me for making his "job easy", ---hello!!! thank you OUTSURANCE, for employing/contracting people like Riaan. Thank you Riaan for being you and for making me feel like my problem was our problem. </p> <p>I must stop writing now, otherwise i will just go ono and on as my gratefulness is overflowing.</p>
