I phoned to add a new vehicle and remove an old vehicle. I was assisted by Marsha Arumugam, who made the changes painless and she also reminded me of some information that I might have forgotten. She undertook to phone me back in a few days to finalise the changes. She was friendly, helpful and very patient.
