Thanks to you I have received my new fridge on Friday, 24 June 2016 via courier with no hassles. You made a stressful situation stress free and this being my first claim (ever), you guided me through the whole process. I posted my claim to the OUTsurance Insurance Company Ltd via the internet on Sa****ay, 18 June 2016 and I was phoned by Gerard the same day to arrange the assessment of my faulty fridge. The assessment was done on Monday, 20 June 2016 and I received feedback on Tuesday, 21 June 2016. Arrangements were made to deliver my new fridge. Quick and easy!
