Awesome Service and Turn Around Time

I experienced the unfortunate mishap as someone has reversed into my car and DID NOT LEAVE ANY DETAILS, yet outsurance has paid my claim within 3 or 4 days, no hassles, no "long stories" - all thanks to great people that assisted me from the beginning it was EVA LUSANE as well as the very efficient assessor (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) that I met with at the outsurance offices in Tygervalley for him to check my car and do the assessment - I was there at 9am and by 11:30am Eva called me to say the assessment was completed and the claim can be finalised. Thanks guys I appreciate the speedy service, keep up the awesome work!!
