Awesome service and Thank you

Some time ago I called the Outsurance call Center for some info on my claims with them. <br> <br> I was a client of Out but forgot what claims i had some 3 to 4 years ago. Dumi was very patient and took his time to assist me. He went through each claim slowly and allowed me the time to document the info.<br> <br> I found this surprising as I am not a client or interested in joining the company again. Yet he gave me service that seems to exceed my current insure.<br> <br> Thank you Dumi.<br> You were kind and polite and friendly and very patient.<br> I appreciate your service.<br> This coming from a client who experienced a horrible incident a few months ago and doesn't like Outsurance at all.<br> <br> Your manager needs to know how awesome you were and how valuable you are to them.<br> You sang a new tune for Outsurance.<br>
