Awesome service and info on process

I had a smash in December someone went into back of me while i was stopped at red robot on way back from work The guy who went into me did not want to give me his info after a while when i had take photo of back of his car with number plate he gave me some info only his name id number and phone number. no insurance details so when i got home told my hubby and we reported to the police station that evening. the next morning i phoned outsurance and told them what happened and just the details i got from the guy. they told me how much the excess is would be and told me where to take for quote on damages. the service was Awesome and all the feedback with all the steps as it was done. we got car back after been fixed last week and yesterday got an Amazing phone call from Suzaan Vorster from outsurance to say they have managed to get our full excess back. I would highly recommend outsurance
