Awesome Service Always

I called OUTsurance today on a sad note to cancel my policy due to affordability and cheaper premium offered elsewhere. I was transferred to the Retention Department and was greeted by the friendly Lucia Letsiba. It was awesome to hear a person with so much of energy and enthusiasm. Unfortunately, I had already made up my mind to cancel my OUTsurance policy but was treated with much persistence from Lucia to still stay on board. She exhausted all options in trying to retain my business. OUTsurance, Lucia is an asset to you and it is awesome to note that you have hired an individual who is driven to succeed despite failures. I am sorry that I had to cancel with you but things are tough financially at the moment. I hope to return to your book one day.
