Awesome service

Out of the blue I got a call from a broker. I already had a policy with Outsurance, but needed to review my new requirements. I was planning to get a bunch of qoutes but was under pressure for time. Joshua explained he was an Outsurance broker, and he was prepared to visit our offices. I explained I only had today for visits as I was under pressure. WITHIN THE HOUR, Joshua was in our office, and less than 30 minutes later my existing policy was cancelled with a policy refund bonus to boot (thanks Outsurance), AND they activated the new policy at the exact same time!!!!!! I got more cover, at less cost than original. Flipping AWESOME SERVICE!
