Awesome Service

<p>On Saturday night on our return from Lydenburg( Mashishen) at approximately 21h10 we hit a pothole. We were blinded by an oncoming truck and my husband who was driving could not see the big pothole in the road and could therefore subsequently not take evasive action. End of the story we landed up with three burst tyres, both front tyre nd the left rear as well. I called Outsurance rescue and my frantic call was taken by the very pleasantMr Eugene Goosen. After making sure we were both fine, he then went to organise a tow truck to tow us 15km further to where we were staying. Eugene kept in constant contact as the tow vehicle was called from Burgersfort. During one call I was asked if the towtruck had arrived and when I said no he immediately called the tow truck company to get the status. I was still on the line with him when he called back to find the tow truck pull up. Eugene kept in contact untill we were safely at home. The driver Justice From Rhinono Towing was an absolute star as well.&nbsp; I will never move from Outsurance after the service I got from Eugene Goosen at the Emergency center.</p>
