Awesome Service!

<p>I had an accident on the 17 June 2016 and immediately called Outsurance. I was assisted by Sakhile Ndlalane. He noted all the details and gave me a claim number immediately. From thereon it was a smooth process, my car's damage was assessed, quotes approved and the repairs were done! All this in less than a month! They also took care of the third party claim. I was so traumatised after the accident but Sakhile assured me that all will be fine and he calmed me down. At that point I was so grateful that I was insured with Outsurance! Sakhile was so helpful throughout the processing of my claim, He kept me informed, was always willing to assist with questions or concerns I had and was always pleasant. It is so reassuring to know that Outsurance does keep to their promise of “Awesome Service”!
