Awesome service

<p>I have been with Outsurance for a number of years; I have never had anything but excellent service from them. My recent claim, lodged as a result of a burglary, was another example of the same. From the outset Gerard Jordaan, who dealt with my claim, was super-efficient, friendly and empathetic. He processed the claim as fast as possible, given some delay resulting from dealyed submission of required documentation by me. In my view, he went above and beyond the "call of duty" to process my claim in full and quickly. Thank you. </p>
