I dealt with Cneh H and she was super-friendly and efficient. After receiving a quote from a competitor (which I had to do to enter a competition), she matched the quote and adjusted my premium immediately. I also couldn't chat the previous day when she returned my call and she called back at the exact time I asked. Great service.
