AWESOME SERVICE

Hit a huge pothole at night which burst both tyres. Alone with wife in car, both pensioners. Unsavory and dangerous area. Called Sabelo Zuma at Outsurance Emergencies and explained our situation. Responded that tow vehicle would take approximately 45 minutes to respond but also arranged for a service vehicle to be there in around 10 minutes to stay with us until tow truck arrived. Sabelo maintained constant communication with us during our wait, calling on no less than four times to see if we were ok and updating us on the arrangements. We were comforted and supported thru'out and felt a great deal safer. His care and superior service was very much appreciated. He is a real gem and a credit to his organisation!
