AWESOME SERVICE

I had a telephonic conversation with one of OUTsurance's sales agents by the name of Jackie Khosa and her service was absolutely brilliant. She was efficient, thorough, answered all my questions and not to mention super friendly. One does not get call centre staff that are really into what they do anymore, and that go to great lengths in trying to make you feel comfortable and at ease. It was as though I was speaking to a caring friend that had my best interests at heart.<br> OUTsurance, give that lady a Bells! She really deserves all the recognition for the kind of service she provides.<br> I am so glad I decided to join OUTsurance!! :)
