Awesome service

I spoke to this awesome lady called Nicole today in regards to my car insurance, she had said she was going to send me a link to rate her service and when I didn't get it, I came here... as much as I didn't get something lesser than what I'm paying... she was still patient with me and I do believe that she is an asset to your company... and Nicole if I didn't get the rate your service link, surely I didn't also receive the other link you spoke about.
