Awesome service

I would like to thank Jaco for the way in which he handled my complaint. I had a claim with outsurance and the vehicle was to be repaired by HJ Bosch and sons but after 3 weeks of having the vehicle they hadn't done much. Jaco was very efficient in ensuring the claim is finalised in the shortest time possible. He kept me updated, he ensured that I was getting the service I deserved. He really went the extra mile extending my car hire and ensuring payment gets done and im happy with everything. This is the type of service I knew outsurance to deliver not what I was getting prior to my complaint. Thank you Jaco for the professional and compassionate way that you handled my complaint.
