Awesome service !!!

I wanted a quote from Outsurance and so this lady ( Michelle Roets) called me back and did all the Q's and A's with me. Long story short, she made a long boring routine of questions feel like a chat with a friend which resulted in lots of fun and laughter - what otherwise could have been a long grueling questioning on a very cold Gauteng winters day! Thank you for you wonderful service and keep that great attitude coming! You are what gives people that extra hope when it feels like good service is just a myth in SA!!<br>
