Awesome service

I would just like to say thank you to Michael van der Merwe for the awesome service that I received from him. I contacted outsurance Wednesday evening to submit a claim, Michael was the advisor who dealt with my claim. He was friendly and so professional, he advised he will phone me with feedback regarding our claim and he kept to his promise. He gave me feedback and processed the claim. Our entire claim was finalized within 2 days and the money is in our account to replace our appliance.

This was really exceptional service and I am so glad that we are customers of outsurance and it is comforting to know we are in giod hands when it comes to insuring our valuables.
