Awesome Service

My mom recently bought a new car and was looking for insurance. I recommended Out since I had been with them since 2009 and had only experience great service. My mom agreed and got cover with Out. However, when she sent me her schedule, I felt she was paying too much and I immediately started shopping around to see if she can get a premium that's reasonable. I got a quote from another provider which I felt was much better . I called to have her policy cancelled so she can move to the provider and was transferred to one of your senior adviser by the name of Millicent Charlie. Milly is a tough one to crack. I did my best to have the policy cancelled but Millicent was having none of it. We still have the policy active. She went out of her way to explain the benefits and tried her best to give some discounts and also advised on what we can do to have the premiums reduced at a later stage. She was professional, courteous, very friendly. I believe she is an asset to your company and more so to us as your clients. Big ups to Millicent Charlie.
