Awesome service

I had to add a health booster for my furbaby to get chronic medication. I asked on the app for a call back and it wasnt even 30seconds that I waited. The lady (Marlie Bezuidenhout) was friendly, helpful and concerned about my dog. I expected an increase in premium of R200-R300. A waiting period was expected. Instead I was surprised with something like R35 per month extra. Thank you Outsurance. Now I dont have to worry about my fur baby.
