I had a bad accident with my car in August, the outsurance call centre was very helpful and kind in my time of need, even helping beat back the tow truck vultures, so many appeared out of nowhere in seconds. even though tow truck company tried to **** more money out of myself and outsurance, everyone I dealt with were blessings. I have nevver claimed before and was very lost and scared. the car was eventually written off. I must commend every person i spoke with, got kept in the loop of everything and even having Mpho Bell, go above and beyond. Later was moved over to Bronwyn who was even more of an asset and moved things along as quickly as possible, even with a difficult finance house for the vehicle settlement.considering the terrible road that I have to travel daily (R103) which is extremely dangerous and loaded full of careless truck drivers, outsurance has made my life, livable, extending rented vehicle beyond time given due to tow truck company and slow assessor report. a special mention to Samuel Ramushu who assisted in new vehicle cover and detail corrections quickly and efficiently. I know my risk profile is high and my premium is now quite loaded, but I really would like for a little bit more of a lower premium. hopefully in the new house I move to in the coming days, where less travel is required will help with that. Overall, being an outsurance customer for over 18 years, I would gladly reccomend outsurance to anyone looking for motor and household insurance.
