Awesome Service

<p>I had to cancel my cellphone from my contract .After claiming for a new phone the first consultant said that someone will phone me from Outsurance to delete the phone off my profile. Within an hour the consultant phone me it was HlaHla Mokhou she was so friendly and while we where talking about the cell phone coming off my profile consultant explained to me about adding the new phone onto my Profile and this is without me asking. The consultant clearly knew what she was talking about she and the friendlyness and patience she had with me was awesome to experience. Normally when you phone call centres you just want to get off the phone with the person helping you. That was not the feeling i experience with HlaHla . You guys should really treasure her as she is one of your best.</p> <p>From now onwards when i phone outsurance and if I can deal with her only I would be the happiest client of outsurance.
