AWESOME SERVICE

<p>Good Morning</p> <p> </p> <p>On phoning OUTSURANCE yesterday, I got to speak to Ms Tess Waller. This lady is exceptionally helpfull and has so much patience, assisting people. Yesterday, was actually the second time my call went through to her and I recognise that friendly voice from a couple of months ago! I had to change my existing short term insurance cover, add some specified items and Tess was extremely helpful and patient while I googled a price for an item, since I had no idea of the replacement value.</p> <p>I would like to recommend this lady and can just add, if all call centres could treat customers the way Tess does, our consumer world, as we know it in South Africa would be a much better place to do business in.</p> <p>Good job, OUTSURANCE, for having Tess at your call centre, it makes my life easier.</p> <p> </p> <p>Gawa</p>
