I was looking for new quotes on short-term insurance and submitted my details to request a quote on the Outsurance Website. My web browser barely refreshed the screen when the sales person phoned me. This is seriously impressive. It took less than a minute from clicking the submit button to receiving a phone call. After speaking to the consultant, is asked him to please email the quote to me. He already emailed the quote even before I asked and it was already in my inbox. Other companies can really learn from Outsurance with regards to sales service. This guy, Simthembile Gqabaza, is great at his job.
