Awesome Retention Service

I called today to cancel my cover with Outsurance. My call was transferred to a senior financial advisor, Rick Carstens who did his best to try and persuade me to stay. When it was clear that I had already made up my mind and despite his best efforts, the new facility could not be matched, he made special mention of items he felt I should double check with my new providers, to ensure there were no mistakes! Thanks Rick for the super retention effort! I have enjoyed my years with Outsurance, the friendly, helpful service and my Outbonus and will still refer friends to you when they ask! :0)
