Awesome people, outstanding service

<p>I had a car accident last week, in which I was bumped twice at the back of my car. I have not had to report accidents before, and the other party has been abusive and uncooperative. All it took was one phone call- I spoke to L'zeri Swart- and I was guided and sorted out. The assessor I met at North City panel beaters (the appointment was promptly organised by L'zeri) was equally friendly and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, I did not get this gentleman's name, but he needs to be commended on his impeccable manners and friendliness. L'zeri has kept in contact with me daily regarding the process of the claim. I then had the pleasure of speaking to Leanne Forder from Outsurance's legal department today and was also astounded at the level of professionalism and empathy I received from her. L'zeri then organised for the panel beater to contact me, and my car will be going in on Monday. I believe that the staff of Outsurance have gone above and beyond to make this unfortunate experience as easy as possible. I often hear people complain about their insurance. In my case, after a terrible experience, Outsurance has been like a breath of fresh air. It has restored my faith in humanity. It took minimal effort on my part, the staff have efficiently taken care of absolutely quickly and kindly. I have been insured with Outsurance for over ten years and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. Thank you! </p>
