On 17th April 2025 ( start of Easter Long Weekend ) , I called Outsurance Business Dept, to register a claim regarding damage to my business stock. I spoke to the most amazing , pleasant & patient claim advisor called Mr Liaan Van Zyl . Throughout the claim process , he was so efficient and prompt with service delivery and kept me up to date with the process. I was so impressed with the awesome level service as he also sent me on email on Easter Monday ( Public Holiday ) around 8am keeping me updated with the claim process.
