Awesome & Painless Service

Went away on holiday and when we returned realized the the plugs had tripped. and everything in our freezer and fridge had gotten rotten. Called the call center to claim and Neritha was the agent. Very friendly and explained the process very clearly. We need more people like Neritha out there. Awesome service, keep it up.
