Awesome OUTsurance

We came home from our holiday and our house was full of skim and black molt due to water issue from people above us. We were told to throw away lots of things directly so when assessors from OUTsurance came those items were already gone. However it was clear how bad our situation was and they still included those items and we were compensated for all this as well. Great overall service as I expect from my insurance in very bad situation.
