Awesome experience with Outsurance

<p>Today I phoned Outsurance to get information about adding my new cellphone to my existing short term insurance. From the moment Tess answered my call, I knew I was in for awesome service. She answered all my queries, went the extra mile to explain something over when I wanted to know more and did not mind repeating information, until I was satisfied. She ensured that I had a freaking, awesome Friday. That girl deserves a Christmas bonus PLUS a raise. If only more people took so much pride in their work as Tess from Outsurance. The minute we concluded the call, I saw my new contract in my inbox on email. What a pleasure to do business like that.</p>
