Awesome. I was stressed and to top it all, my smart phone was no longer so smart because my display was packing up. I put in a claim on the OUTSURANCE portal. My phone rang within 2min of submitting (I could still answer the phone) . Terri Sabotsa had my claim processed in one day. Payment received 2 days later. AWESOME. Thank you OUTSURANCE and Terri.
