Awesome Customer Service-Lebo Mabunda

I just wanna give a shout-out to Lebo Mabunda, and thank him for a lovely customer experience. Firstly I commend him for working on a holiday and he responded promptly to my request, which I appreciated. He was friendly but maintained professionalism and made me feel valued. Thanks to him and OUTsurance, I now have a solid insurance plan. I hope the same level of customer service will be received when we process claims.
