Awesome customer service and attitude from Precious Baloyi!

Recently had a query on premium review, I was about to discontinue the Outsurance services, fortunately I was transferred to Precious Baloyi, her customer service was awesome and she went an extra mile in ensuring that my query is addressed satisfactorily. Now I am happy with my premium and am still with Outsurance!
