Awesome customer service

<p>I have moved to Pretoria in January and when I needed to change my address my insurance company decided that my premium would be double then what I was paying. So I decided to opt to find another insurance company. I then left a call back on the Outsurance web site and I was then contacted by Marlon Petersen ( ********** 00) of Outsurance practically an hour later. I was impressed by the immediate response. The advisor, Marlon Petersen was not only friendly but you can hear that he knows his facts on the tips of his fingers and he could repsond immediately to all questions and queries I had. He is not demanding as some sales person can be and he explains the policy in detail. Should anyone be looking for a new insurance company I would definately recommend Outsurance and you can be sure of awesome customer service if you speak to Marlon Peterson. </p>
