I called to chat about my premium and was assisted by gentleman called Mpumelelo Mahlangu. What a pleasure it was to chat with him! He made me feel so welcome. After more than 15 years with Outsurance, I left feeling more like a family member rather than a number! How refreshing! What AWESOME service!!! :-)
