Claim was submitted on Monday - and Tuesday afternoon - I literally received 3 x calls with a 15 minute period - one from the Advisor (Sam Mokoena) to advise the approval of claim, less than one mnute after - received call from the Service Provider to book my car, and one minute later - call from the Car Rental company to sort out rental vehcile - AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME
