<p>I had an unfortunte incident on the 20th of May 2016 which resulted in a few of my valuables being ******. I've heard horror stories from family and friends about Insurers that take your monthly premiums however they backtrack when its time to claim. Fuzlien Piertersen (from Claims) and Jaqcues Jordaan (the assessors) have been keeping me in the loop from day one. It was such a smooth process and not once did I call to complain. Everything was pretty much completed in 2 weeks, I was pleasantly surprise. Kudos to the them, brialliant Outsurance employees!!</p>
