Awesome, Awesome, Awesome experience with Outsurance.

Just after receiving my second or third no-claim bonus, I (unfortunately) had to register a claim as my wife was involved in a car accident. I tried to get hold of Outsurance road side assistance and when speaking to a lady (unfortunately forgot her name), she told me that help was already underway. How this happened so quickly is beyond me, I don't know! I called my wife as she was in another Province and in the background, I could hear the ambulance was on its way. My wife escaped with minor injuries and my car was a write-off. My wife received a courtesy car the same day and she was taken home immediately before the dust could settle. The claim process is still ongoing, but Outsurance is waiting for paperwork from me and not the other way around. All I can say is that I am greatful for Outsurance and its on-the -roll personnel who was involved with my case. Amo, Daviya, Didi etc. Thank you Outsurance, for your quick action taken when my wife needed special care and attention.
