Awesome AVRIL / Outsurance

After having my geyser fail , all it took was 1 call to Outsurance who put me through to a lady by the name of AVRIL , she immediately dispatched an electrician and plumber to sort out my dilemma . Avril really went over and above the call of duty , contacting me to confirm the work being done , making sure the guys were here on time and ensuring I was happy and very well informed all the time . Her persona , friendly attitude and professionalism is really something to be commended . If there was anyone you could call a superstar it would be her . A double thumbs up to the Outsurance team and their plumbers and electricians who really outdid themselves to make my day !! I would definitely recommend Outsurance to everyone I know !
