Awesome Assistance and Service today

I submitted a query on the App to add some additional items to my policy. Within an hour or 2 they phoned me back. I could not talk as I was in a meeting and asked to call me back at a certain time which they did - friendly and without an issue. The lady (Caroline) assisted me very well and friendly, answering all my queries - successfully and amending my policy. I had extra queries to which she referred me to a colleague … holding on for a brief moment, she briefed him and he immediately assisted me, and saved me more money than expected.
