Awaiting claim to be paid out
We submitted a claim due to an OutSurance client driving in to our vehicle. Now we are being told that only part of the claim will be paid. AND we were promised settlement on Friday 10.11.2017 still nothing. Why are we being punished for your clients bad driving??

Our liability claims manager, Pierette contacted your husband. He confirmed he is waiting for the assessment, which she now sent through to him. He will notify us once he has verified the amounts. We will then send the settlement offer and finalise the claim as soon as possible.
