Avoid these ****** like the plague; bad service and a *******

I've been with Outsurance for 3 years, and have Car, Home and Out&About cover with them so would expect to be seen as a valued client. I recently had to claim after an incident and as per my policy had the use of a rental car while mine was in for repair. On the day it was meant to be collected and returned to Avis, no one came to collect the car at the scheduled time, so I called Outsurance to let them know. No one contacted me back so I was left looking after a car that I no longer had use for, or even was meant to have by this point. A week later no one has contacted me back, despite all my calls, and I'm left juggling parking for a car I don't need or want. In the meantime someone opens their door onto the car and dents it. Eventually (now 10 days later than scheduled) Avis comes to collect the car and has charged my credit card over R2000 for the 'damage'. Endless calls to Outsurance have resulted in nothing other than airtime wasted and they clearly have absolutely no interest in sorting this refund for me. Quite frankly I feel Avis/Outsurance owe me for looking after their car for them for 10 days, when I would have preferred to ditch it on the street and move on with my life. I've received a fantastic quote for all 3 insurance policies from Momentum and aim to move as soon as it possible. Outsurance; you're a goddam *****. Good bye and good riddance, and I WILL get my money back.
